I had surgery in June and my insurance has no deductible. The insurance company paid the doctor and the medical examiner, but usually pays the hospital. The insurance company said they havent acquired a bill. the hospital said they had sent and received a denial without explanation of the insurance company. I do not know what to do. I asked that the hospital send me the bill to introduce myself, but dont do it. Say they do, but I never get. I am so frustrated. What can I do? The hospital has an out-of-state company does not replace their billing or I would go there in person. My insurance company is out of state. * Sigh * help. . I do not deductible, there is no reason, refused to pay, they paid everything that I think that the hospital is only rising. suggestions? thanks!

You have the hospital fax a copy of the claim is denied. You just a few seconds and I would have stayed on the phone with them until it is received. Once you have in your hands, it will be easier to talk to the insurance company.

Not fight with an insurance company and win. Your lawyer is fighting with the insurance company and won. Sometimes he won the big time. I’m sensing there’s not much money involved here, but if a lawyer can make a case of bad faith insurance practices, a jury may award millions of dollars in punitive damages. Insurance companies know this and a little ‘nervous when a candidate gets lawyered up. It might be worthwhile to pay a lawyer litigation bad faith, for half an ‘hour of his time. May ask to forget, or take your case on an emergency basis.

At this stage I do not think insurance is necessary to fight. That’s Hospital. I mean, if you do not get what they have promised to send many times, you think you have obtained their request for insurance? If insurance is denied, it would be a reason of state, and if the hospital had called to ask raison.Appelez the hospital billing department and tell them to fax a copy of the insurance EOB (explanation of benefits). If the insurance has denied the request there will be a certain number of complaints by the insurance companies. If you do not tell them that you want to speak with a manager. Once the waste can call the insurance company and give them the number of requests. May seem that way to extract or reject the claim paid. Also ask them to fax your UB-92 form for their website services. They call while your standing by a fax and tell them that you were suppose to do this time Serval and have not received what you want to be on the phone with them until a fax comes through. Once again, if not help them you want to talk with a time superviseur.Chaque processing an insurance claim, which should be sending an explanation of benefits that shows what they also paid for each of its service . Try and match these with your déclarations.En addition, many insurance companies have online services where you can get your statement online. So, you can bring everything they have ever paid for you and if they denied a right that the hospital say there bas.Enfin if the purchase of insurance has not denied CLIAM give you a number of days to appeal the decision. We recommend that you take your policy manual and see what it is for your diet. An appeal is a written notice to your insurance company stating that you disagree with them many times décision.Un your doctors office will be willing to help. Call the time of invoicing your doctor and explain what happens. They may know someone in hospital that can aider.Bonne luck.

word>>>> lawyer. Not Dick around, only a lawyer now and get him / her to do all they harass you. He will receive a copy of the insurance policy, read and tell what you are legally authorized under this coverage. Then he / she will do all the work “upside” associated with civil disputes and to pursue what needs to be pursued. Once lawyers are involved, the insurance companies smarten up to the point of doing what is legally expected of them and not. likely to always have to drag to court and end up paying more. The lawyer will also discuss with the hospital. Once he called the hospital to the records so they do not have recourse, but to supply their tax services. I realize, of course, that United States law and medical insurance in the United States is very different from that in Canada, but the main thing is that you have full rights to obtain a lawyer on this quickly and not waste even time and energy to fight with the hospital and the insurance company! Good luck. PS Do not forget to discuss legal fees with your lawyer in advance, because companies do not manage litigation insurance in different ways, as in> some take the case to say their fees and expenses under the ‘before and the other was based on a percentage of what you receive in settlement of insurance companies. (hint: the insurance companies and hospitals hate dealing with lawyers, because they can drag things for so long if its in the interests of their clients!)

Send them a letter with a copy of the invoice and the refusal of the insurance company. Also document any communication with them and your insurance company. You’ll probably want to hire a lawyer, if not resolved soon, so that will not end in collections.GOOD LUCK!

if that bluff bluff. . . . . Insurance companies lied. . . thats what they do. . tell the insurance company that your lawyer said that the letter was sent to you. . . . . . . better to have a lawyer. . . If you do not. . This willl never end. . . . How can you argue with a cat and mouse? They say they have sent. . insurance said he never received. . . . . U back. . and say DONT manage the billing department. . . . Ask a lawyer, how much it costs to send a letter. . . . thats all you have to do. . . .

The hospital said it has received a refusal, which means that there should be a number of request. Call the billing agency and have them read the number of request for you by phone. Then call your insurer (the number should be on paper), give the service representative. The number of requests and ask him to look at the claim. If this request is not in their system, the hospital is wrong. On the other hand, if a claim, your insurer may explain why it was refusé.Une important question to ask should ensure: “I am financially responsible to the hospital? If the hospital is a participating provider and is not able to maintain your contract with your insurer, you’re not financially responsable.Une another suggestion: when you call the billing company, demand to speak with a manager. Do not take no for an answer. Explain what happened and the claim must be faxed information (denial, say they have received and UB 92 claim form submitted so they say) so you can help this payée.Enfin allowance, if these things do not work, please send a written complaint to the Commissioner of Insurance in their state and request assistance. All offices of the Commissioner of highly-skilled researchers get to the bottom of what’s happening – and make sure they are treated fairly.

At this point you have done everything we can. As long as you document everything, there is not much that the hospital can do for you. That’s what I should do next: (just to cover his ass twice!) Send a certified letter to the hospital by writing to the billing site (or any person who spoke to us to request copies of the bill) to require that those who receives the letter to sign for him. In this letter, asking them to fax the denial and the invoice as proof within 5 business days of receipt of the letter. Tell them if they refuse to respond to your request, legal action will be taken. (Keep a copy of the letter and acknowledged receipt.) I would then consult a lawyer, if not – as the meat is not just with your insurance – and the hospital. At this stage, because you have contacted the insurance and the hospital is borne by the hospital of evidence to show that it was denied the charges.

Riiight. . . This looks like a very disorganized office billing for hospitals. If your insurance company received a bill, and denied, you and the hospital would have received an EOB by writing to your insurer. Since this document does not seem to exist, I would say that the hospital is 1, has not sent a bill for your insurance. or 2. Sent an invoice with the correct information. (ie, the insurance company can not identify with the information available on request.) I think that a lawyer in this case is excessive and would be a waste of argent.Je the suggestion of using the website of your insurance company is a good idea. . . . Or, call the hospital. . . again. . . and speak with a manager. . . Or contact your insurer and ask them for help. . . . Depends on your operator, but most have someone available to help. . . Or, if your insurance is through your work, some companies offer a point of contact for matters of insurance. See if you for what seems like education, like the hospital you send? If you have a brief description of services and costs, the insurance company may be able to process a request with this information. . . (Depends on the type of contract they have with the hospital), they are not that likely, but possible.Peut to find a written complaint to the insurance company and the hospital, sent certified mail times. . . anything by mail, as to carry the luck chemin.Bonne!

It is very likely the hospital. . . especially if they have a billing company in the state do their billing. What the fuck temps.Vous everyone is entitled to a copy of the invoice, you should apply in writing and must send a certified mail. Also, get any billing telephone company, the hospital should give you.

I propose my own similar experience, that you contact the Office of the Attorney General of your state. and appoint an ombudsman to investigate your case. They helped me get $ 2600 back my insurance company refused to pay and I paid to avoid the collection. But in the end I paid $ 2600 through the efforts of Attorney General Office. They are useful in case of billing problems of health care. Best of all, you pay nothing. You already pay taxes. I hope this helps
